Either this kit is too big to be despatched by Royal Mail and can
only be despatched by the more expensive Parcelforce parcel rate.
Or this is a non-acrylic paint product and is now classed as
‘dangerous goods’ by our Royal Mail and they will not accept it.
Our Parcelforce will accept it and can deliver it to the UK and to
any EU countries that they transport to by surface. Parcelforce
rates are more expensive as they only handle heavy parcels not small
packets. All the available postage rates are shown. Please login and
add it to your cart. If you cannot add it to your cart that means we
are unable to post it to your address.
Here are some accessories you might find useful for this kit
Avro Lancaster B Mk.I/III Mainwheels - Block Tread. This set contains accurate resin mainwheels with staggered block tires, detailed hubs, and fine tire beading. Block tread tires were common among post war Lancasters. They are not appropriate for wartime aircraft, unless you just like the look better. This set also corrects some noticeable errors with the HK models wheels, which are wrong in cross section and the hubs are lacking both depth and detail. An easy and very noticeable upgrade for the 1:32 HK Models kits. Designed by Mike Swinburne [Mk.III] (designed to be used with Hong Kong Models kits)
Vickers Wellington AUTHOR: Hall, A
FORMAT: 30pp col/Bw/dwgs 297x210 Pb
Designed with both the aircraft enthusiast and the modeller in mind, this series offers a comprehensive and accurate account of a single aircraft type within each issue. Drawings provided in both colour side and plan view with 1:72 scale plans, kit decal and accessory lists, squadrons, units and individual aircraft serials in codes, etc.
The Vickers Wellington was one of those aircraft that seemed to go on for ever. In spite of the glamour and publicity gained by the Lancaster & Halifax, Wellingtons flew operationally for much longer during World War 2 and were still in side spread use for some considerable time afterwards as a trainer aircraft both for pilots and multi-engine aircraft and as crew trainers.
