- NZ4021, "Chips" No.3 Sqn, Guadalcanal, July 1943.
- NZ2090, No.3 Sqn, Guadalcanal, April 1943. Flight Lieutenant Max W. McCormick and his crew, in NZ2090, attacked and damaged a submarine on April 2nd 1943. Later, on the same patrol, they destroyed a Japanese Type 0 "Pete" floatplane - the first RNZAF air-to-air kill in the Solomon Islands campaign.
