Throughout 2021/2022 we've seen these three AC flying simulated cruise missile missions in support of numerous training events in the US. These aircraft were seen supporting these missions in Fresno, CA and also in support of the Savannah Sentry event in Georgia. Eurofighter EF-2000A Typhoon. To commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the Normandy Invasion, the Royal Air Force adorned an aircraft from RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire with D-Day invasion stripes in 2014.
This aircraft is making its way through the European airshow circuit and pays homage to the crews of the WWII era Hawker Typhoon.
