What happens if you do not have an item I have paid for on my order?

Mistakes with stock figures can happen for many different reasons so if we do not have an item you have paid for we will send it to you, by airmail if you are overseas, as soon as we can for no additional charge. No matter how small or low in value it is. Any paid for items will go on what we call Free Back order and be sent as soon as possible. You can check in Your Account> Free Back Orders

If you do not want it sent and would prefer it to be cancelled and refunded please tell us as soon as possible.
