Must I order by your website?

You do not have to order through the website though we hope you will because when the computer does most of the work we can despatch more parcels!

You will receive your order quicker if you order at the website because it can be dealt with more easily.

You can still telephone, fax, post or email your order to us and our staff will then enter your order to our website. ALL orders are entered at the website. This is so stock the control works.

All orders get entered on the website either by our staff or by you the customer.


If you have an email address we will register it when we first put your details onto our system. You can then activate it at any time by using the Reset your existing account password at the place you Login.

If you do not have an email address we will create one for you but you will not be able to use it at all. It is just to make the website work.

You will only be charged for available items and it will not be possible for you to Backorder any Future Releases or Sold Out items. It will not be possible for you to use any of the order tracking or order history facilities on the website.

Your invoice will show you your customer number which you can quote each time you order to save having to tell us your details every time. If later you do get an email address you will need to re-register. All orders must be paid for by credit card or debit card.

If you do not want your order entered into an internet based database you cannot order from us.
