I need to cancel my order. What should I do?

Please log in to Your Account. Go to Your Order History. Click on the order number and cancel the order. If we have started to process the order you will not be able to cancel it here.

If the option to cancel is not visible that means we have started to process your order. If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as you can. Either by email or phone.

If the picking note has not been printed we can cancel the order quickly and easily.

If the picking note has already been printed we will need to find and stop the despatch of your order before we can actually cancel it.

Please remember that you will already have been charged for your order. If you do not pay your card in £'s Sterling you may not get back as much as you paid. You may get more. It depends on currency exchange rates which we have no control over.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible. We will not make any additional refunds for any loss caused by currency fluctuations.

We cannot cancel an order that has been despatched but if you are in the United Kingdom you can refuse the delivery. We will then refund the cost of the goods, not the postage, as soon as we can. If you have accepted the parcel you can return any items but you will have to pay the postage costs.
